There is a Revolution brewing in New Jersey and every fire has the spark that started it. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, sits down Englishtown Mayor, Daniel Franciso, who along with his City Council decided to take the $150 that the State of New Jersey was extorting from its citizens who where applying for concealed carry licenses and refund back to the lawful and responsible gun owning residents of his City. This has started a trend where not only do we see cities throughout New Jersey fighting back, but also in several other states.
