We knew this case would be a pretty big deal. we just never figured that the Attorney Gernals Office for the District of Columbia would have such a massive reaction. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the en banc petition for review now filed asking to overturn the panel ruling i the matter of Benson v. United States. The requesst for an en banc review is not surprising one bit. What else the District asks for and the hyperbole they use is what is most amazing.
