Well, today is going to be an interesting day for sure in Virginia. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses two huge pieces of gun control legislation still sitting on the Governor’s desk and the promise that has come from the United States Department of Justice should she decide to sign them into law. However, if the Governor chooses to do nothing, they still become law. And while she could veto this legislation, what are the chances of that? So it would appear that there is a very good chance that Virginia wakes up Tuesday with these law in effect, and an actual enactment date of July 1st of this year. Then, we see what DOJ will do. So learn more and arm yourself with education.
